You may use this form in order to file the 24 Hour Report. The reporting period is from the day after the cut off date of the Second Friday Pre-Election Report (October 19, 2010) up to and including the date of election (November 2, 2010).

You may file the report by telegram, mailgram, overnight mail, facsimile transmission (717-705-0721), e-mail (ra-stcampaignfinance@pa.gov) or in person at 210 North Office Building, Harrisburg.
