Understanding Adequate Yearly Progress (AYP) 2011
The "Understanding AYP 2011" presentation was designed to explain how schools and districts can ensure that AYP determinations for 2011 are correct by providing information on correct attribution of students, correct assignment of demographic information for students, and knowledge and understanding of the targets schools and districts must meet. In addition, the presentation outlines the AYP Appeals process for 2011 and provides all timelines for AYP. This information was delivered via live presentations throughout the state from May 17 to May 27.
