On Tuesday, June 5, 2007, the Pennsylvania Department of Education conducted a pre-proposal online session. Attendees were provided information about the goals and priorities of the 21st Century program, application procedures, evaluation criteria and technical assistance and resource information about high-quality programming and related state and federal requirements. There was an extensive question and answer segment.
