American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) Information for PCCD Applicants

Funds received through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act require accountability and transparency in the use of taxpayer dollars.

In order to be eligible to receive a PCCD grant that includes ARRA funds, applicants will be required to read and accept the ARRA Special Conditions related to the funds they are applying for within PCCD's Egrants system. You will also be required to print out, read, sign, and submit a certification signature page to PCCD.

Below, please find ARRA Special Conditions and Requirements and the accompanying Certification Signature Form for the various available ARRA funding streams that PCCD administers. Also below, please find the Agreement Addendum for Implementation of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. The Agreement Addendum is incorporated by reference in all ARRA grant applications.
