If this isn't being rolled out to the pilot sites until June 3rd will we have an extension to decide if we want the client management portion of the software? (Currently the deadline for that decision is June 8th.)
Social Solutions began working with the pilots on April 18, 2011. The estimated implementation of the pilot sites is October 14, 2011. We are going to push back the due date of the ETO Implementation Form until late July or early August 2011. We are planning to have another WebEx in July of the newly configured ETO that has been developed.
Where can we look at the client data management piece again before we have to decide?
The entire WebEx presentation is posted on PCCD’s website with the live demo included in the presentation. We also anticipate offering another WebEx presentation in July 2011 that will include a version of the ETO software that has been developed.
If we commit to data management, then find we can't afford it once the price is known, can we get out of the agreement?
You can choose not to continue to use the Client Data Management portion of ETO. You will have the ability to have full data extraction from ETO of the client data entered. The Aggregate and Outcomes portion of ETO will still be required.
If an agency decides not to participate, will there be an opportunity to join at a later time?
Yes. If an agency decides they want to utilize the client data management portion of ETO, they can inform PCCD. A plan for implementation of ETO client data management portion will need to be discussed with the program.
