  • Can Efforts to Outcome (ETO) be accessed by anyone who has an access code?

    Anyone who has a username and password can access the system.

  • Does the customization allow for restricted access to some users and more detailed for others?

    Yes, you will be able to restrict access to the system. There are nine customizable levels of access, and these levels can be customized to allow certain users access to programs and features and client information that other users should not necessarily have access.

  • Can one staff member enter another staff member’s service information?

    They can, but only if they have the other staff member’s password. It would be the same as if someone has your personal password on your home PC.

  • What is the maximum capacity of users/ agencies that Social Solutions currently supports? How many users may be on the system at the same time without a significant slow time in processing?

    Current deployments of ETO have upwards of 1,000 concurrent users supporting 50,000 or more participants with little or no system level interruption or slow-down. ETO accommodates an unlimited number of simultaneous concurrent authorized users

  • Is there a limit to the number of staff that can be licensed to use the ETO Software?

    There is no limit. We will cover the costs for up to 5 users per site in years 1, 2, and 3. You will have the option to "purchase" additional users for $117.27 per user per year. If you decide to only use the required portions of ETO, there would be no need to have more than 5 users.
