This directory provides an alphabetical listing of assisted living residences by county. The assisted living licensing regulations took effect on January 18, 2011. Currently, not all counties have assisted living residences. Those counties that do have a licensed assisted living residence are bolded below.  To locate a residence near you, which will also display its inspection reports, click on the county name in the following list.
