Any person who cannot use regular print materials, due to a visual or physical disability, is eligible for the services of the Regional Libraries. Materials on cassette, with special equipment to use them, as well as Braille and large print books are available in person or by mail. Postage is free. The federal and state governments share the costs of the service for you.
Registration for the service includes certification of eligibility by a doctor, social worker or librarian. For further information, or to obtain an application:
