Program Title – Peer Mentoring Program

Goals/Objectives:  Matching 11th  and 12th  grade students in a peer mentoring program with 9th graders.  Peer mentoring training is provided to 11th and 12th grade students who apply and who maintain 2.0 or better GPA with good behavior and attendance.

Brief Description of Program:  The mentoring program is designed to provide mentoring support to younger students who are struggling academically and want to improve their classroom performance.

Results of Activity:  To assist younger students to improve classroom performance.

Evaluation Tools & Procedures:  Surveys will be conducted for both mentor and mentee at the conclusion of the program
