Big Change to USPAP for 2010

The 2010-2011 edition of the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) went into effect on Jan. 1, 2010.  Because this is an off-year for appraisal recertification in Pennsylvania, many of our appraisers will not take the seven-hour USPAP update course until 2011.  This article is intended to inform all Pennsylvania appraisers of a significant change to the federal rules for 2010.
