Key Programmatic Functions
- Serve as EEO Officer for the agencies served
- Conduct investigations into discrimination and/or sexual harassment grievances or complaints
- Confer with directors, managers and supervisors on EEO and diversity policies and rules; post audits hiring process to assure effectiveness of process and conformance with policies and procedures
- Develop and prepare agency EEO Annual Plan including recommending goals and the development, evaluation, and monitoring of goal attainment
- Coordinate the Minority Recruitment function by analyzing minority hiring reports, communicating goals to program offices, and participating in job fairs
