Under Executive Order 1996-1, all agencies under the Governor's jurisdiction are required tocompile and publish regulations under development or consideration. This agenda is published in the Pennsylvania Bulletin on the first Saturdays of February and July. The Administration provides this information to offer regulated communities an opportunity for public participation in the regulatory process.
