Our auditorium-style room is located within the Capitol's east wing, just minutes from the Rotunda, House and Senate, and Governor's offices. |

The Capitol Media Center is pre-set for media and speaking presentations, and has a digital projector ready to handle video and PowerPoint. It has a raised platform for plenty of TV cameras, and is wired for live satellite links to television stations. We can accommodate your most boisterous crowd of print, radio and television reporters, or even large non-media briefings.

| Members of the Executive, Legislative or Judicial branch can use the Capitol Media Center for any non-political event, press conference or interview. Outside groups may only use the facility if a sponsoring agency or official attends and participates in the event, press conference or interview.
The distinctive backdrop of the Capitol Media Center, with the Commonwealth Coat of Arms and unique Harrisburg sign, can be used as an alternate site for officials needing a quiet, studio-lit location to meet with reporters. And thanks to a fiber link with CMS' nearby Master Control, the Capitol Media Center can be used by individual officials for live, remote interviews with television stations from around the state or nationally. Cameras and IFB are available. |
