Conferencing Services

OA-Information Technology provides video, voice and Web conferencing services for all commonwealth agencies. There are a number of options and service plans available for agencies using conferencing services, which are detailed in this section.

• Voice conferencing - multi-way phone calls
• Video conferencing - audio and video scheduled from specially-equipped locations
• Web conferencing - audio and video anytime, from any location via the Internet
