Fees & Payment

The following are guidelines when paying for any services rendered by the Corporation Bureau:

  • Customers may pay by check or money order made payable to the Department of State.
  • Cash or credit cards are not accepted.
  • Checks may not be more than six months old. Checks must be commercially pre-printed with the name and address of the account holder.  
  • Please make sure that checks are signed.
