Starting Wednesday, May 23, 2012, the Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Document Management will start the process to upgrade the software and hardware resources for the eLibrary System. This will continue through the go live date on Wednesday, May 30, 2012. At times there will be outages and interruptions in service. We appreciate your patience during this time.
