Although we make every effort on this site to accommodate all web browsers, the PDE web site is best viewed with Microsoft Internet Explorer Version 5.5 or higher, at a resolution of 1024x768. Trusted Site URL
Some internet browsers require that PDE be labeled a Trusted Site for navigation purposes. Please add the following URL to your Trusted Site list: http://www.portal.state.pa.us.
(In Internet Explorer, click Tools > Internet Options. Click the Security tab. Click the icon for "Trusted Sites." Click the Sites button. Add the address above. Uncheck the checkbox for "Require server verification." Click OK. Click OK again.)

Some of our web pages may include audio and video files embedded in the pages which will require QuickTime 7.0 or Flash. In most cases we will include a text transcript of the audio or video if it is available. Most audio and video connections are dependent upon the user's connection speed and the amount of users listening or viewing the audio or video simultaneously, you may experience delays in online viewing. The PDF files on this site will work best for you if you keep your Acrobat Reader software current.
Other File Types*
In addition to traditional web pages, the PDE web site also contains links to files created in a variety of software packages such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint. In order to view these files, you will need to have the appropriate Microsoft software application OR the appropriate viewer installed on your computer.
