Using www.education.state.pa.us
The previous Department of Education Web site was broken down into sections by the “tabbed” navigation at the top of each page. This navigation provided information based upon the Agency infrastructure and was based on Bureaus and Divisions and who was responsible for what.
The new site is based upon the information itself. Below is a guide of the new layout and navigation:
The PDE Search should be used when looking for information. This search will search the PDE Web Site Only and return results or related results when used.

The Newsroom also contains a quick link section for the news media that contains an index of frequent requests. you may find it here.
Content Filter Tool
Additionally the new site uses a "Content" Filter based on catagorization of the information on web pages and documents on the site. As PDE Continues to catagorize its content and information this tool will continue to display specific results based on several critera.
