The Governor has ordered all Pennsylvania flags at the Capitol Complex and at Commonwealth facilities in Fayette & Westmoreland Counties lowered to half-staff immediately in honor of fallen Perryopolis Police Officer Richard Anthony Champion, who died in the line of duty on Sunday, December 14, 2014.  Flags shall remain at half-staff thru sunset on Friday, December 19, the day of interment.

All Pennsylvanians are invited to join in this tribute.
