COMMERCIAL PRINT SPECIFICATIONS FOR FLAT/FOLDED ITEMS AND CARBONLESS/CARBON FORMS

The lists below contain the official specifications for items procured under the Digital Ink contract (SRM #4400007122 and SAP #4600014412).  This commercial printer is required to produce these items in accordance with these published specifications.  These line items have been preapproved by the Bureau of Publications.  Therefore, the agencies may place orders directly with the commercial supplier.  Any changes in specifications must be approved by the Bureau of Publications prior to placing an order.

How to Revise a Specification

To revise the specifications for an item, the using agency is to perform the following steps:

• Download the published specification from this site.
• Update the specification
• Email the revised specification to "GS, Publications Customer Service".  In your email, briefly tell us what types of changes you made to the specifications. 

The Bureau of Publications will review the revised specification and publish the approved revisions back to this website

• If the revised specification requires a price change, Publications will negotiate a new price with the commercial printer.  Once a new price has been agreed on, Publications will work with the Bureau of Procurement to publish the new price to the contract.
