Continuing Care Retirement Communities


 

Continuing Care Retirement Communities - No person undertaking to provide continuing care in a facility shall engage in the business of providing continuing care in this Commonwealth without a certificate of authority therefore obtained from the Commission as provided by 40 P.S. Sections 3201, et seq.
