Deadline for Concept Paper submission: March 15, 2010

This is a competitive solicitation. Late submissions and materials not received in Egrants will not be considered.

Agencies eligible for participation:
This funding announcement is being issued on a competitive basis and is open to any non-profit agency or organization that is able to meet all the necessary requirements described within the "Project Goals" and "Project Objectives" sections, and who can demonstrate in their concept paper that they have the capacity, experience and reputation to successfully implement this initiative. Applicants must have actual experience working with peer support services in Pennsylvania. Applicants must demonstrate they have the capacity and/or experience in the implementation of statewide initiatives. Applicants are encouraged to demonstrate relationships with local mental health and criminal justice stakeholders and the participation of consumers in the development of their responses.

Please note: While Egrants will accept your concept paper up until midnight of the due date of the concept paper, Help Desk staff will not be available after 4:00 p.m.
