GIFTED GUIDELINES

PDE’s Gifted Guidelines are provided in fulfillment of the Chapter 16 requirement for the Department to disseminate information about promising practices and innovative programs to meet the needs of gifted students, as well as to provide definitional clarity when multiple criteria for giftedness are present. (See 22 Pa. Code §16.2(c) and §16.21(d)).
