Does workers’ compensation cover injuries that occur off the employer’s worksite and outside traditional work hours? Speakers will answer what is considered in the course of employment and related thereto. Attendees will gain an understanding as to when workers’ compensation coverage may apply when injuries occur in a nonconventional work setting. Speakers will concentrate on work-at-home injuries and injuries to home health care providers.
