Exhibitor Registration and Requirements

 
Exhibit Registration Info
With more than 1,000 conference attendees present, an exhibit at the BWC conference is a profitable way to market products and services to Pennsylvania's employers, insurers, health care providers, attorneys and other members of the workers' compensation community.
 
Exhibitors can register online. Please note that booth space will not be held until the bureau is in receipt of exhibitor's Certificate of Liability and a signed Requirements Acknowledgement form signed by the two exhibit booth representatives. Upon receipt of payment and documentation, booth space will be assigned.

Exhibitor Requirements:

The following requirements apply to parties registered to exhibit at the 2012 Bureau of Workers' Compensation (BWC) conference to be held at the Hershey Lodge and Convention Center in Hershey, PA on June 11-12. Exhibition space is available and offered to exhibitors in good standing. Registration requires a completed exhibitor registration form, payment in full, a signed Exhibitor Requirements Acknowledgement form and a certificate of current insurance coverage.

Exhibitor Fees:

  • $600 per booth.

Fee Includes:

  • Conference registration for two people
  • Meals and breaks as indicated on the conference agenda
  • One 8x10-foot exhibit space
  • One 110v electrical outlet
  • One 6-foot table, draped
  • Draped side rails and backdrop
  • One name sign (7 inches x 44 inches), includes booth # and company name
  • Two chairs
  • One trash can
  • Wall-to-wall carpeting
  • Limited security during lunch breaks on June 11-12 (room will be locked during lunch breaks)
  • 24-hour roaming security

Registrations:

Exhibit registrations are due April 23, 2012. Booths are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, so please submit your registration as early as possible. No booth will be reserved without submission of the registration form, the fee, the exhibitor's Certificate of Liability and a Requirements Acknowledgement form signed by the two exhibit booth representatives. Upon receipt of payment and documentation, a confirmation letter will be forwarded along with an information packet, floor plan, and booth assignment.

Exhibit Schedule:

Sunday, June 10, 5 p.m. - 9 p.m.
On-site registration in the Great American Lobby outside Exhibit Hall
(White & Blue rooms) and setup in the Exhibit Hall.

Tuesday, June 12, 2:15 p.m.
Door prize announcements
(Names of prize winners will be displayed in the Great American Lobby)

Tuesday, June 12, 3 p.m. - 6 p.m.
Tear down
(Exhibitors who tear down before 3 p.m. will be placed at the bottom of the list for exhibiting at the next Workers' Comp Comference)
