This project will transition the drug and alcohol Client Information System (CIS) over to STAR a state-of-the-art web-based platform. The move to STAR will begin with a staged rollout process, which will establish more coordinated access to information on citizens receiving drug and alcohol and co-occurring services. It is absolutely essential that this move be accomplished rapidly. Providers and SCAs will need to be trained and supported throughout this rollout, please see the information below for your region.
