Effective Saturday, December 1, 2012, inmate visitors at the State Correctional Institution at Rockview will no longer be permitted to carry cash into the Visiting Room. 

For inmate visitors wishing to use the Visiting Room vending machines, a “Cash to Card” machine will be located in lobby of the Visiting Room which will be used to dispense a vending card that can be “loaded” and used in any of the Visiting Room vending machines.  There will be a $1.25 one-time cost for the Vending Card.  The vending cards can be reloaded and reused indefinitely.  The “Cash to Card” machine will accept bill denominations of $1, $5, $10 or $20 and will have a maximum “reload” limit of $200.

Access to products in the Rockview Visiting Room vending machines will be through the use of the Vending Card Only.
