How to Apply
Applying for the Address Confidentiality Program is a three step process.
- Is the program right for you?
- Talk it over with someone from a local domestic violence, sexual assault or victim service program. You can also get an ACP application packet from these programs. To find these services in your community, use the PA Victim Service Program map
- Use this step-by-step guide to complete the different sections of the ACP application. The application packet is NOT currently available online but this interactive form can help with completing the application correctly
