Child Immunization Schedule
 

The Childhood Immunization Schedule lists the ages (birth through six years old) for when each vaccine or series of shots is to be given. If your child has missed any shots, check with your doctor about getting back on track.  

Adolescent Immunization Schedule

The Adolescent Immunization Schedule lists the ages (seven through 18 years old) for when each vaccine or series of shots is to be given. If your child has missed any shots, check with your doctor about getting back on track.
