Inmate Accounts

In 2010, the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections began using JPAY for the processing of ALL MONEY ORDERS sent to PA DOC inmates, as well as ALL incoming email.

Money orders are no longer accepted at individual institutions.

This service allows the funds to be posted to inmate accounts electronically and results in quicker access to the deposited funds.
