How to Report Institutional Sexual Assault/Misconduct

The Department has a zero tolerance for sexual assault/misconduct and we strive to maintain a safe and secure environment for all who are in our custody.

Calls to this toll-free number are routed to the SCI-Camp Hill Control Center. Your call will be answered by an officer who will ask you a number of questions regarding the allegations; however, it is not necessary to identify yourself.

This information will then be forwarded to the Department’s Chief of Security and the Security Office at the facility where the alleged incident occurred. An investigation will be conducted at the facility and/or by the Office of Special Investigations and Intelligence. The Chief of Security will follow up to ensure that all Department policies and procedures are followed regarding the incident.
