The National School Lunch (NSLP), School Breakfast ( SBP ), Afterschool Snack (ASP) and Special Milk ( SMP ) Programs staff encourages the contact person listed on the Sponsor Application, or the school employee(s) responsible for food service, to post this Sponsor Activity Calendar in a convenient location as a reminder of the different scheduled activities throughout the school year.
All forms for NSLP sponsors’ use are available on the Child Nutrition Pennsylvania Electronic Application and Reimbursement System (CN PEARS) Web site on the left hand side of the screen under Form Download. Submission of the Sponsor Application, Site Information and Claim for Reimbursement, as well as other required reports, is via the PEARS Web site
