Wells Fargo Predatory Lending Settlement Update

Below are notices PHRC and the Dept. of Justice sent in May 2013 to African-American and Hispanic borrowers who lived in Philadelphia from 2004 to 2009 and took out home loans with Wells Fargo.  The letters outline their eligibility for funds from a 2012 settlement of a predatory lending complaint.  Letters also contain instructions for how to receive funds.

Each letter is attached to Frequently Asked Questions about the settlement and eligibility.  If you believe you are eligible for settlement funds and did not receive a letter, please contact the Dept. of Justice at 1-866-329-5282 or email info@WellsFargoDOJConsentOrder.com.
