- 205.21 Child Care: establishes policy, procedures, and responsibilities for administering child care centers in commonwealth agencies.
- 205.21 Child Care, Revision 1: contains a change in policy relating to the consistent application of child care fees collected for all eligible children.
- 505.22 State Employee Assistance Program: establishes policy, responsibilities, and procedures related to the use of the State Employee Assistance Program (SEAP), delineates the relationship between SEAP and other Commonwealth programs, and defines training, education, and referral procedures.
- 505.28 Family Care Account Program: establishes policy, procedures, and responsibilities for employees who desire to pay for expenses incurred for eligible family care with pre-tax dollars.

- 530.20 State Paid Benefits While on Cyclical Leave Without Pay: establishes policy and procedures to enable the state to continue payment of certain benefits to permanent employees on approved leave without pay due to cyclical work schedules or weather conditions.
- 530.23 Amended State Employee Combined Appeal: establishes policy, responsibilities, and procedures for the organization and administration of the commonwealth’s annual combined charitable giving campaign known as the State Employee Combined Appeal (SECA).
- 530.24 Retired Employee Health Program Eligibility Requirements: establishes policy, responsibilities, and procedures relative the terms and conditions under which management and non-represented commonwealth employees, survivor spouses, and annuitants, who are covered under the State Employees’ Retirement Systems (SERS), the Public School Employees’ Retirement System (PSERS), the Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association-College Retirement Equities Fund (TIAA-CREF), or Approved Retirement System (ARS) are eligible for the commonwealth’s Retired Employees Health Program (REHP).
- 530.26 Benefit Entitlements for Employees on Military Leave: establishes policy regarding leaves of absence, benefits and stipend entitlements for employees while they perform military duty as members of the National Guard or any reserve component of the Armed Forces of the United States.
- 530.27 Leave Related Policies for Employees Excluded from Earning Leave and Leave Service Credit: establishes policy for employees who work in job classificaitons excluded from earning leave and leave service credit.
- 530.28 Pennsylvania Employees Benefit Trust Fund (PEBTF): clarifies responsibilities of commonwealth agencies regarding their role in conjunction with the Pennsylvania Employees Benefit Trust Fund (PEBTF).
- 530.29 Commuter Benefits Program: allows permanent commonwealth employees to save money on their qualified parking and transit expenses by permitting them to have pre-tax deductions taken from their salary to pay for those expenses.
