Request a Consultant

Get in-house consulting on your agency processes for approving projects, managing individual projects or groups of projects, software tools, or on specific project activities.  Consulting engagements are usually limited in duration.  E-mail the project management office at ra-epmo@pa.gov for more information or to request this service.

Request a Briefing

Project or agency managers can request a briefing for team members of project teams, steering committees and other project stakeholders, and agency executives on the importance of project management and their role in a well-managed project, or on specific project activities.  E-mail the project management office at ra-epmo@pa.gov for more information or to request this service.

Request a Project Quality Check

We provide in-progress quality checks for individual projects for the purpose of reviewing the effectiveness of project management efforts, to provide an opportunity to learn what elements of a project are successfully managed and which present challenges, and to identify where opportunities for improvement exist.  The quality checks are consistent with standards and practices from the Project Management Institute (PMI) and the Enterprise Project Management Methodology (EPMM).  E-mail the project management office at ra-epmo@pa.gov for more information or to request this service.

Request a Project Manager

While tools and training are available to all commonwealth professionals regardless of the type of project they’re managing, OA-Information Technology project managers are only available for IT projects.  Typically, project managers physically relocate to the requesting agency for the duration of the project.  Supervision is provided jointly by the requesting agency CIO and OA-Information Technology’s Director of the Enterprise Project Management Office.

Requests should be made by an agency CIO to ra-epmo@pa.gov

Request Project Management Software

Clarity is a comprehensive software package that offers an array of useful functions to project managers.  It’s free to commonwealth agencies.  To learn more, contact Mark Hoke.
