Office of Press and Public Information


The Press/Public Information Office is responsible for community relations, media relations and internal information for the Pennsylvania State Police and is located in Department Headquarters within the Office of the Commissioner.  The office includes both a civilian Press Secretary Maria A. Finn (for liaison with the Governor’s Press Office) and a uniformed Public Information Officer Sgt. Anthony Manetta (for liaison with the media in regards to enlisted/specific law enforcement matters), both reporting directly to the Commissioner.

Information for the media on specific area incidents can be obtained by contacting a designated Troop Public Information Officer.
