Obtain Records For Insurance Claims

Crime victims may request a copy of the Automated Incident Memo documenting the criminal incident for the purpose  of  processing an insurance claim. Crime victims must appear in person at the PSP station that investigated their complaint and provide:

1. Adequate proof of identity and
2. Documentation of the need for the information to process their claim (i.e. Letter from insurance company)
