Vision
To provide value added quality assurance services to the Bureau of Procurement and our customer agencies.
Mission
The Quality Assurance Section will partner with the Bureau and customer agency personnel utilizing current industry standard quality practices to improve the procurement process by incorporating quality concepts into the contract writting process. Quality Assurance will ensure the Commonwealth receives the specified quality for goods and services required by the procurement process.
