Proposed Regulations for Seller Property Disclosure Statements

Section 604(a)(15.1) of the Real Estate Licensure and Registration Act (RELRA) makes failing to provide a disclosure required by another law in connection with a real estate transaction a disciplinary offense. License Renewal Reminder

This is just a reminder that all real estate licensees must have their licenses renewed by the end of this month (May 31). In case you have not renewed yet here are a couple of helpful hints:

  • Complete your continuing education BEFORE renewing your license since at the time you renew you are certifying that you have actually completed the courses.
  • To complete the online renewal, you need your registration number. It can be found on your WALLET card.
  • When entering credit card information, do not include spaces or dashes.
  • Brokers, please DO NOT change your address online. It must be done by a paper application. Although the renewal screen will appear as if this information is being changed, these changes will not transfer to the commission.
  • If you are renewing by paper, please remember to SIGN the renewal before submitting.
