OA-Records & Directives


  • Carries out Executive Order 1992-1, which requires the secretary of administration to administer the commonwealth’s records management program by drafting policies, standards and procedures to control the use, maintenance, retention and disposition of records.
  • Provides statements of policy and procedure on behalf of issuing agencies through the directives management process.
  • Coordinates the review, analysis, and process of the resolution system for non-regulatory actions of the Executive Board.
  • Responds to Office of Administration’s right-to-know requests.
  • Process Sunshine Act public meeting notices for the Harrisburg area.
