How to Find an APD: To find APD 90-25-01: The first two digits, 90 identify the calendar year (1990), the second two digits, 25, identify the Program Area (Domiciliary Care), and the last two digits, 01, specify that this is the first APD in this Program Area for this calendar year.

Program Area 01 - Area Agency on Aging (AAA) Administration
Sections of the Home and Community-Based Service manual are currently being revised. The Department of Aging/Office of Long-Term Living (OLTL) has been working closely with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) on several waiver amendments and renewals. The two waiver renewals most recently approved by CMS -- Attendant Care and Aging – are accompanied by detailed work plans and contain significant changes that require policy clarifications.
