Department of Insurance
A resource for consumers and the insurance market place to gather information about various types of insurance (including business insurance); users can seek data about an insurance company or request a complaint form that can be filed with the department. Updates on actions by major insurance issues are also available.
Department of Labor & Industry
This site contains information about labor laws and safety standards in the workplace, as well as compliance issues with Workers' Compensation and Unemployment Compensation (UC). PA New Hire Reporting
All Pennsylvania employers are required to report all newly-hired employees. The New Hires Reporting Program is a cooperative federal and state-level program designed to increase non-custodial parent compliance with child support rulings, and detect UC fraud overpayments.

Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board
This link will take you to where you can validate and renew your retail and wholesale license for alcohol sale in the Commonwealth. This site is currently under expansion and will provide more capability in the future. Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency (PEMA)
PEMA coordinates state agency response, including the Office of Homeland Security, in the areas of civil defense, disaster mitigation and preparedness, planning, and response to and recovery from man-made or natural disasters.
