In order for the Bureau for Historic Preservation (Pennsylvania State Historic Preservation Office) to advise and assist a federal agency or state agency (or their consultants) in completing its responsibilities as set forth in Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act and the Pennsylvania History Code, the Bureau has developed a Request to Initiate Consultation in Compliance with the State History Code and Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act submission form to simplify the review process.
To initiate consultation with the Bureau for Historic Preservation/State Historic Preservation Office, complete the Project Review Form, provide all required related documentation requested on the form, and submit to the address provided on the submission form.
