Right-to-Know Law
Key provisions of Pennsylvania’s new Right-to-Know Law apply to requests made after December 31, 2008. Before submitting a Right-to-Know Law request to the Pennsylvania Department of Aging, please read our Right-to-Know Law Policy.
Right-to-Know Law requests to the Department of Aging must be addressed to the department’s Agency Open Records Officer (AORO) and delivered, mailed, faxed or e-mailed to the AORO as follows:

The Department of Aging has a Right-to-Know Law request form. The Governor’s Office has issued Management Directive 205.36 about the new Right-to-Know Law.
