School Health Annual Reimbursement Request (SHARRS)
"New" SHARRS is not yet open for submission of reports. Watch this site for updates. Once Phase Two is open, it will remain open to provide adequate time for school entities to submit their school year 2013-14 reports.
"New" SHARRS IS open for establishing user accounts. See below for more information.
SHARRS IS LIVE for Phase One- Establishment of User Accounts (8/19/2014)
Phase One of the School Health Annual Reimbursement Request System (SHARRS) is now complete and available for public school entities (school districts, charter schools, cyber charter schools, and comprehensive career and technology centers) to set up their SHARRS User Accounts. Superintendent/CEOs were sent a PENN*LINK with detailed instructions.
Due to current security standards, all users will be required to submit a New User Account request to access the new system. No User Accounts will be transferred from the old SHARRS system.
NOTE: Each user has one SHARRS User Account (they may be assigned multiple functions) and must use their own official school email address; SHARRS will not allow the use of the same email address for multiple user accounts.
User Accounts must be set up in the following order:
2. User Account Manager (UAM)- formerly known as the Security Approver
3. Other Accounts as needed (ex. Business Manager, Certified School Nurse)
It is the responsibility of the school entity to determine the validity of each new user request before approving the account and granting access to SHARRS.

Phase Two- Submission of SHARRS Reports
Phase Two is undergoing testing and finalization. Superintendent/CEOs will be notified via PENN*LINK when Phase Two is available. Updates will also be posted to this site. Phase Two is anticipated to be available in late September.
Thank you for your patience as we transition to the new system.
All school districts, charter schools, and comprehensive area vocational technical schools are required to submit the “Request for Reimbursement and Report of School Health Services” to the Department of Health within three months after the end of the school year. The purpose of this report is twofold:
