The Division of School Health is pleased to announce a new web-based resource. Formerly known as the New School Nurse Orientation Manual, which was provided in hard copy format at new school nurse orientation sessions, it is now in electronic format for use by all school nurses. This also allows the Division the ability to edit and up-date the information more efficiently.

The School Health Program Manual is divided into 16 topical areas, providing links to pertinent laws, regulations, guidelines, forms and other resources.

There is a Webinar overview of each segment. If you would like Act 48 of 1999 or Act 58 of 2006 continuing education hours for these webinars, the sessions must be viewed through the Pennsylvania Learning Management System (LMS) School Track, at paprepared.net. They are provided here for informational purposes only.
