School Health Statistics

Public school districts, Comprehensive Vocational Technical Schools, and Charter Schools are required to annually submit a Request for Reimbursement and Report of School Health Services report.  Through this annual report, information about Pennsylvania’s school health program, including student health status, is obtained. The educational entities report only aggregate totals for selected chronic conditions, as well as other school health program information.  Data is not available by age, grade, sex, race, or building level.  Please contact the Division of School Health to have these files in Excel.
