Get Support

To report a problem with the Remedy application, please submit a Remedy ticket under the tier 2 category “Remedy application support” and type “problem.” If Remedy is unavailable or it is an emergency, call the enterprise IT call center at 877.836.7771 or 717.506.1079 and select option “0.”
