Service Management

OA-Information Technology provides an IT service management (ITSM) tool that is used by state agencies and external partners for asset, change, and incident management. 

The ITSM tool enables the automation of workflow process frameworks, such as Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), specific to IT service support. The ITSM tool also allows business end users to find information to support/resolve their computing-related issues or to request an IT service.
