If you are an employee of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, you can get a free library card which will give you access to the library's collections of government documents, books, and journals.

In addition, you will get access to many electronic databases providing statistics, journal abstracts, and full-text articles.

These databases are available from any computer with Internet access.

Complete the State Library card application form online.

If you are not a state employee, please call the State Library at 717-787-3169 to inquire about applying for a library card.
