Thomas S. Rominiecki Director, Bureau of Finance and Operation
Thomas S. Rominiecki was appointed Director of the Bureau of Finance and Operations for the Department of State on August 15, 2011.
In this capacity, Mr. Rominiecki will be responsible for administrative and managerial work in planning and directing administrative services for the Department; including fiscal management, budgeting, purchasing, contracting, automotive, space utilization, facilities planning and management, office services, and workplace safety.
Mr. Rominiecki has over 27 years experience in accounting and finance, including public accounting and over 20 years in the health care industry with 15 years experience as a Chief Financial Officer. He is a former employee of the Department of Revenue, where he was director in the Bureau of Corporation Taxes.
Mr. Rominiecki holds an Associate Degree in Accounting from Peirce College, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Philadelphia University. Mr. Rominiecki currently resides in Harrisburg.
